The Empire fleet is ten local lead generation sites in ten different US metros. The per-site scope is the same as the Growth fleet, applied twice over:
Ten sites also let you spread across several niches, so the fleet does not depend on one trade.
Because you place more capital at once, we are careful about which markets go into the plan. We share the reasoning for each niche and city on WhatsApp, including why we think it is worth building, so you can say no to any pair you do not like before work starts.
The setup fee is paid once. It covers research for ten niche and city pairs, the ten domains, the site builds, the content sets, the tracked numbers and the first round of citations.
It does not cover continuing management. We build in stages so that research, builds and citations stay organized, and we confirm the open niche and city list with you on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
The monthly fee is flat for the fleet. It covers rank monitoring and fixes, call routing and tracking upkeep, tenant outreach and replacement, and a monthly report with calls, call duration, rankings and net cash flow. You also get read-only access to the call analytics and Search Console.
With ten sites, reporting matters more, so each report shows every site separately and the portfolio as a whole. More on the work is on the monthly management page.
You own all ten domains, registered in your own registrar account. We hold delegated access to build and manage them, and you can take full control whenever you choose.
One niche in one city is never built for two investors. We set up call tracking and a whisper message, and recording is handled in line with the law of the tenant's and callers' states. Rules differ, so the owner of a site should take legal advice.
More sites means more spread, not less risk. Some sites may take months to rank, some rank slowly or not at all, some are not leased, tenants can cancel, and Google changes can move rankings. You can lose the money you pay. No income, yield or lease timeline is promised, and $750 to $2,500 per month is only an asking-price range where a site is leased.

The scope per site is the same. Empire covers ten sites in ten metros instead of five, with a $9,999 setup fee and a $799 monthly fee. It suits investors who want more niches and more markets, and who are comfortable placing a larger amount at risk.
We plan the build with you. Sites are researched and built in a sequence so each gets proper attention, and we agree the order and the niches with you on WhatsApp. Timing depends on the markets chosen, and we do not promise dates for ranking or leasing.
Yes, and we usually suggest it. A fleet that holds several niches in several cities is less exposed to one trade or one local change. Open niche and city pairs are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment, since no pair is ever sold to two investors.
