Rank and rent means building a local lead generation website, working to get it ranked in Google for one service in one city, and then leasing the phone calls it produces to a local business. The business pays rent. The site owner keeps the site.
Done for you rank and rent means we do the work for you. You fund the build and own the domains. We research the niche and city, build the site, set up tracked phone numbers, work on rankings, look for a tenant and manage the portfolio each month for a flat fee.
What do we do, and what do you do?
We handle the work:

Our clients are investors with capital who want exposure to local lead generation without building it, and agency owners whose client work leaves no time to build a portfolio of their own. If you want digital real estate management with the domains in your name, this model fits. If you want a guaranteed return, it does not, because nobody can honestly offer one in this business. We say that plainly so you can decide with clear expectations before spending anything.
What are the risks?
A site can take months to rank, and some rank slowly or not at all. Some sites are never leased, tenants can cancel, and Google changes can move rankings. You can lose the money you pay. We do not promise income, rankings or lease dates, and timelines vary by city and niche.

Questions about dfy rank and rent in United States
Do I own the domains?
Yes. Every domain is registered in your own registrar account, not ours. If you ever want to run the sites yourself, move to another manager or sell them, you already hold the title. We work through access you grant to us.
Is income guaranteed?
No. We do not guarantee income, rankings or that a site will be leased. Some sites earn nothing for months and some may never be leased. Your cost is the setup fee plus the monthly fee, so only commit money you can afford to lose.
How long until a site ranks and gets a tenant?
It varies by city, niche and competition, and it often takes months. Some sites rank slowly or not at all. We will not give you a date, because any date would be a guess. We report rankings and calls monthly so you can see progress.
What happens if a tenant leaves?
We start outreach to other local businesses to replace them, with a target of 14 to 21 business days. That is an effort and a target, not a promise that a new tenant is found. A site can sit without a tenant for a period.
Do I need SEO or coding skills?
No. We research, build and manage the sites. You fund the build, read the monthly report and talk to us on WhatsApp when you have questions. You can ask for read-only access to call analytics and Search Console at any time.
