Who is DFY Rank and Rent?

DFY Rank and Rent is a service business that builds and manages local lead generation websites for other people. Our clients are investors who want to own sites without building them, and agency owners who understand rank and rent but have no spare time to build their own portfolio.

We do the research, the build, the ranking work, the call tracking and the search for tenants. The client owns the finished sites. We charge a setup fee and then a flat monthly fee to manage them. Our price list is public on the package pages.

How do we work with owners?

Every working relationship follows the same terms:

Domains are registered in the owner's own registrar account.
One niche in one city is never built for two investors.
The monthly management fee is flat, so it does not change with how many calls a site gets.
If a tenant leaves, we run outreach to replace them, aiming for 14 to 21 business days.
Each month the owner receives a report with calls, call length, rankings and net cash flow.
Owners get read-only access to call analytics and Search Console.

What do we not claim?

We do not publish client stories, earnings figures or review counts, and we do not promise income. We cannot control Google, and we cannot make a business sign a lease. A site may take months to rank, some rank slowly or not at all, and some are never leased.

Our work is research, building and management. The outcome depends on the city, the niche, the competition and the market, and the owner can lose the money paid.

We set up call tracking and a whisper message so a tenant knows a call came from the site. Recording rules differ by state, so we handle recording in line with the law in the tenant's and callers' states. The site owner should take their own legal advice.

We are not a financial adviser, and a portfolio of sites is not a security or a regulated investment. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice.
